Susanne Ramkishun

Susanne Ramkishun is an Associate Attorney at Bedoya & Hussain Law Firm and concentrates her practice on New York Workers’ Compensation defense.

Susanne received her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and her Juris Doctorate from St. Johns University.

Prior to joining Bedoya & Hussain, Susanne represented plaintiffs in federal civil rights litigation in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She also represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions against municipalities, construction companies, and private individuals throughout New York City and Long Island.

Susanne regularly appears in New York Workers’ Compensation courts to defend employers and carriers. She attends trials, hearings, and depositions and to obtain favorable outcomes for her clients.
