Earl graduated from Baruch College in 2010 majoring in Political Science and minoring in History. In 2018, Earl graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New York. During law school, Earl interned for The Honorable Andrew J. Peck at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Earl was also an Honors Extern with the New Rochelle District Attorney’s Office where he conducted plea allocutions and handled bail and arraignment hearings. Earl was also a Senior Associate on the Pace Law Review. Following law school Earl worked at a prominent insurance defense law firm in New York in their insurance coverage unit.
Earl regulary appears in New York Workers’ Compensation courts to defend employers and carriers/third-party administrators. Earl attends trials, hearings and depositions to obtain favorable outcomes for his clients.
